While you are focused on designing your home, we will be busy preparing your Detailed Construction Documents. This is 14 pages of some of the most exciting dialog you’ve ever read! It includes every possible piece of information you could ever want to know from the type and gauge of electrical wiring to the PSI of the concrete slab. Well, it’s exciting to us anyway. While it’s not exactly a page-turner, you’ll be glad you have those details both during and after construction, or even if you later sell the house. It’s assurance to even those who may come after you, that this home is well-built.
