Jenkins Custom Homes Wins Awards in Horseshoe Bay

Home Builders in Horseshoe Bay recently participated in the home builder’s annual Parade of Homes. Just announced were the winners of the People’s Choice Awards for the 2009 Parade of Homes in the Horseshoe Bay area. Jenkins Custom Homes won every award in every custom home category. Jayne Mortensen, Director of the Building Industry Association (BIA) for the Highland Lakes area, called Shan Jenkins to congratulate him and his home building company. “I just wanted you to know what an accomplishment this is,” she said. Shown below are the award categories judged by the people who attended this year’s home show and the winners chosen:

When asked about the award, Horseshoe Bay Builder Shan Jenkins responded, “We are so honored by this – after all, it is the people who attend the Parade of Homes whom we aspire to impress. A really exceptional home will evoke an emotional response when people enter the home. We could tell that people were making that emotional connection when they saw our Parade Home, and that really made us happy. This is why we build homes in Horseshoe Bay.”

An acknowledgment also goes to the custom home clients on this project who made fabulous selections for the home! It was a pleasure working with them.
