A brushed nickel finish sets the tone for the aged crackle finish, applied to the custom-made silver frames around the mirror.

Features a “bubble effect”, where tiny bubbles gently rise from the bottom rather than harsh jets from the side.

Custom tailored silk drapes lend warmth and elegance to the space, and allow for complete privacy.




Starry Night
Above the tub a night sky painted with tiny iridescent stars catch the light from the cove lighting, giving them a “twinkling” effect.

Elegant, tapered columns make a dramatic entrance at the Master Bath Tub, and match stone columns throughout the home.




As you enter the home, you see right through the wall of glass to the lake. The trim work around the glass evokes a feeling of oneness with the pool and outdoor living.




Textured artwork softens the millwork and stone fireplace to provide balance.

Inspired by a local sports grill, the custom cabinetry is designed to fit a 70-inch TV and four 42-inch TVs for the sports enthusiast.

Subtle Lines
The Family Room fireplace hearth and mantle line up with the outdoor fireplace hearth and mantle and are both concrete, helping indoor relate to outdoor.




Steel Beams
Steel beams, in lieu of the traditional wood beams, lend the space a subtle strength.




Fireplace
The fireplace is composed of a concrete mantle and hearth, copper, mahogany panels, and stone carried over from the wall.




Corner Windows
Corner windows capture the view of a very special oak tree, as well as provide additional natural light.




Front Elevation
Because there is a courtyard in front, with a typical rendering, it would be impossible to see the main home’s front elevation, but we can drive right up to it with the 3D model!




Master Section Detail
This section shows the Master wing of the home sitting on the actual lot (in the background) via a digital photo taken of the site.




Perspective
The real advantage to Revit is the ability to show so many different perspectives! They don’t have to be snapshots, either, as we can fly around and into the project at will.

This section detail gives the client a sense of the space in the Living Room before it is built.




Trophy Room
This upstairs room, separate from the main house,is over 1,500 sq. ft. of Game Room/Sports Bar/Man Room with fireplace, billiards, big screen, and display for wild game.




The stairs lead up to this fun gathering place for the adult children. Their bedrooms all look out onto the lake view, and they even have their own covered veranda to watch the sunset.




Wall of Glass
The view of the lake is beautiful, and it is captured beautifully by this large wall of glass when you enter.




From the back of the home, the Media Room opens up to the outdoor living giving a whole new meaning to “Super Bowl Party”.




In the back of the home, the Master Suite looks out onto the lake view from their private “sleeping porch”. What a nice place to enjoy a glass of wine with your spouse as the sun goes down!
