The Family Room fireplace hearth and mantle line up with the outdoor fireplace hearth and mantle and are both concrete, helping indoor relate to outdoor.

Steel beams, in lieu of the traditional wood beams, lend the space a subtle strength.

The fireplace is composed of a concrete mantle and hearth, copper, mahogany panels, and stone carried over from the wall.

Front Elevation
Because there is a courtyard in front, with a typical rendering, it would be impossible to see the main home’s front elevation, but we can drive right up to it with the 3D model!

Perspective
The real advantage to Revit is the ability to show so many different perspectives! They don’t have to be snapshots, either, as we can fly around and into the project at will.

This section detail gives the client a sense of the space in the Living Room before it is built.
Trophy Room
This upstairs room, separate from the main house,is over 1,500 sq. ft. of Game Room/Sports Bar/Man Room with fireplace, billiards, big screen, and display for wild game.
The stairs lead up to this fun gathering place for the adult children. Their bedrooms all look out onto the lake view, and they even have their own covered veranda to watch the sunset.
Wall of Glass
The view of the lake is beautiful, and it is captured beautifully by this large wall of glass when you enter.
From the back of the home, the Media Room opens up to the outdoor living giving a whole new meaning to “Super Bowl Party”.
In the back of the home, the Master Suite looks out onto the lake view from their private “sleeping porch”. What a nice place to enjoy a glass of wine with your spouse as the sun goes down!
From dream to reality, this Parade Home became a dream come true for these clients.

I couldn’t imagine having built the house with anyone else. At times it really felt like we were just having a friend build our house. In fact, I was actually enjoying the building process so much, part of me is sorry to see it end. Thanks for everything.
