Jenkins Custom Homes not only meets budgets, we guarantee that we will be within +/- 5% on the original design cost. We can do this because we hammer out cost details with our clients from the initial napkin sketch. We’ve developed a proprietary job costing system that allows us to tell you what your home will cost, in a great amount of detail, even before you have architectural plans. Other Builders will gladly tell you what it should cost; we guarantee it!

Jenkins is one of the only builders to provide a detailed cost estimate with the original design. This gives our customers a “Proof of Concept” that the house they want is a house they can afford. And all Jenkins’ cost analyses are more much detailed than the competition. We are also one of the only custom homebuilders with an in-house Automated Change Order System. As you watch your home being built, at every stage you will know exactly what your home costs, with all your changes, in real time. This gives you comfort from day one, and throughout the process, that Jenkins is listening to you and can deliver what you want within your budget. There are no surprises.
